Obtain Brief from Stakeholders and Requirements from Subject Matter Experts, Management and team members.

From Subject Matter Experts obtain the "As-is-model" and the "To-be-model".

Cleanse Requirements and cross check with sources that they are correct.

Write process descriptions for Automated and Manual steps for each Requirement.

Produce Process Diagrams for each group of Requirements, as per ITIL.

Produce copies of Process Diagrams for SOX, BASELII or SolvencyII and add control points with agreement from SMEs, Management and Stakeholders.
